A sneak peek at some new stamps ...

TAC offered their angels (demonstrators) a sneak peek package of stamps from the new catalogue - we can order them starting Monday! Of course, my order is ready to fax as we speak!

BLOG CHALLENGE - two entries

Two of my wonderful customers took the challenge and each of them created a card for each sketch in the BLOG CHALLENGE for May. Everyone was asked to create a card or 6 x 6 scrapbook page following the 3 sketches in Serendipity on page 6. Thanks to Cathie and Pat for accepting the challenge and creating 3 card each! June TECH Squad - delayed one week

I have decided to delay the June TECH Squad until June 17, instead of regularly scheduled June 10. Since May was late the turn around for the next day was TOO quick for me to adequately prepare for the class. We will get back to our regular Wednesday in July (I hope - depending on my mother's surgery recovery!)

Layout - Sketch 1 - The lighthouse photo is Cape Hatteras Light, the tallest brick lighthouse in the world! poki climbed it on May 10! 248 steps to the platform at 208' - it was a goal of mine that I had been preparing myself for since last year when the winds didn't permit climbing! This is a hybrid layout, using one of the black & white downloads from The Angel Company. (They are still available from a link on the homepage http://www.theangelcompany.net/ )

Layout - sketch 2 Monarch photo taken at Wildseed Farms outside of Fredericksburg Tx on April 4, 2009. The field was full of purple verbenas and red poppies (The "red hatters" would have been thrilled!) This is also a hybrid layout using another one of the black & white downloads.

Layout - sketch 3. Bluebonnet landscape photo taken near Brenham, TX, April 2, 2006. Single bluebonnet photo taken near Morgan's Point Resort, April 12, 2007 (this was just 5 days after our Easter weekend SNOWFALL!) This is a hybrid layout using two different black & white downloads!
